Biography

In 2014, Norm Lewis became the first African American performer to play the Phantom on Broadway. He performed Javert in the West End and the 25th-anniversary concert of Les Misérables, and earned a Tony nomination for Porgy in The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess.
